Our coffee
There are some things in life that should never be rushed, the boss’s partner is one of them and secondly coffee that’s why we only ever slow-roast our coffee beans - to bring out a fuller flavour and stronger aroma. It's a traditional process that takes a little longer, but its well worth the wait.
Why do we use Fairtrade coffee?
All our coffees are now Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance and organic approved.
This also means that we pay a higher price to the coffee producers for all our coffee beans, ensuring that this covers their production and living costs. The premium we pay goes towards areas such as schools, healthcare, roads and improved housing.
